The exhibition was once again co-hosted this year with global exhibition organizer Informa Markets, the Thai Subcontracting Promotion Association, and the Thailand Board of Investment (BOI). The event welcomed 46,259 visitors, exceeding last year's attendance, and a total of 845 business meetings were conducted over four days, with an estimated transaction value of USD 40,267,037. At the opening ceremony, Deputy Prime Minister Pichai of Thailand attended and delivered remarks expressing his expectations for the event.
Through BOI, more than 50 buyers participated as exhibitors. In response to exhibitor demand, participation from Tier 1 companies was further strengthened this year. In addition to business meetings with exhibitors, these leading companies also shared their future procurement strategies during seminar sessions. Another key feature of the exhibition is the presence of international buyers. This year, a significant number of buyers were invited from India, many of whom brought technical drawings and engaged in concrete business discussions. This highlighted the strong momentum of the Indian market.
With many exhibitors expressing interest in entering the Indian market, there are high expectations for further expansion of international buyer participation, including India, in the coming year.
This year, the event was held at the VIETNAM EXPOSITION CENTER, the largest exhibition venue in Southeast Asia, which newly opened in the summer of 2025. The number of exhibitors and booths increased to 353 companies and 500 booths, approximately 1.5 times higher than the previous year. Over the three-day event, the exhibition attracted around 13,800 visitors, marking the highest attendance in the history of EMIDAS Manufacturing Fair (formerly FBC ASEAN) and achieving a scale comparable to other major international exhibitions held in Vietnam.
Exhibitors expressed positive feedback on the expanded scale of the event, with comments such as: “We saw more visitors than last year and were able to exchange many business cards,” “The increase in exhibitors led to many new encounters with both exhibitors and visitors,” “We secured multiple appointments for factory visits,” and “The new venue was excellent—we would definitely like to exhibit again next year.” Visitors also shared favorable impressions, including: “The venue was spacious and filled with a large number of exhibitors, which was impressive,” “There is no other exhibition in Vietnam where so many Japanese companies gather,” and “The quality of Vietnamese exhibitors’ booths seems to improve every year.” Compared to previous years, the number of participants from Japan and other countries also increased, further establishing the event as a truly international exhibition and business matching platform.
